At KinksterStore.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since all items are custom printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing — so please double-check the size guide before placing your order. We try our best to let you know about sizing oddities and variations. 

However, we do accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. If you experience any issues, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at thekinksterstore @ gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos showing the problem.

If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund depending on your preference. Please do not send products back unless requested — return addresses are managed by our fulfillment partners.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by mistake

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • Slight color variation due to screen differences
